Enteric Fever: Culture positive Cases in tertiary care Childrens Hospital, Kolhapur-2019

Enteric fever is a systemic bacterial infection caused by salmonella typhi. Typhoid is generally procured through ingestion of water or food sullied by the pee or dung of tainted transporters and all things considered, is a typical disease in regions where sanitation is poor and is predominantly affects children in low- and middle-income countries. This study examines the burden of enteric fever at our pediatric hospital in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India and assesses the impact of enteric fever immunization on the outcomes.
